OBJECTIVES OF INDIAN ABACUS & MENTAL ARITHMETIC EDUCATION


Abacus Education introduced in India for the first time as a formal training program for the children of 5 – 13 years for the benefits that the Abacus based calculations derive to the children.

The continuous study based research and search for an improved version of Indian Abacus which could make the Visualization Skills more pronounced, resulted in long drawn out work which culminated in the designing and making of the Indian Abacus. Indian Abacus would reveal in detail how much more the Abacus could benefit the children. The making of the Indian Abacus necessitated continuous back-end work in designing which underwent series of changes to finally make the Indian Abacus a reality.
