Abacus based Competition for Indian Abacus Tutors


Competitions are the extended and large format tests for assessing the Abacus calculation skills learned by the Abacus Tutors to declare who’s better than whom. While the Level Completion tests and Global Grading Exams are conducted at the centres or at the State / National training locations to assess the skills of the Abacus Tutors at different levels for recognition of the individual Abacus Tutors those who complete the levels successfully, the competitions are much larger format tests, wherein the Abacus Tutors of different locations in the country and international locations come to a common platform to participate in the tests, thus making the competition as an exciting possibility to determine the best among the bests of different centres and geographical locations.

Competitions for Abacus Tutors are also conducted at the State and National Level. The Abacus Tutors become eligible for competing in the completed level only. Becoming eligible to tutor the children is one thing which is adequate for any Abacus Tutor. Certain of the Abacus Tutors would, however, like to travel that extra bit to see how best the program and the practice would help in mastering the skills so as to challenge the fastest Abacus Tutors and be honoured as winners. Abacus Competition for Abacus Tutors is conducted for levels from 1st to 8th. For each level, the winners – Champion and 1st winner to 6th winner - are honoured with prizes and certificate presented on the dais along with attractive gifts. Indian Abacus Company with its background having staged 6 Competitions for Abacus Tutors – normally held as an annual event - encourages more and more Abacus Tutors to take part.
