ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF A CENTRE- Indian Abacus

CLASS DISCIPLINE

1 Homework completion – to be monitored closely.

2 Abacus practice for a minimum of 20 minutes must be enforced strictly.

3 Telephone/Mobile numbers of Tutor / Centre should be available with children to contact for any doubts.

4 Make-up classes should be arranged for weak students.

5 Children should be encouraged with small gifts as and when necessary.

Prizes to be awarded to the students securing 100% marks.

7 See off the children properly while leaving the Classes

8 Term fee or monthly fee collection should be followed up closely.

9 Performance / Report card should be discussed with parent.

10 Maintain close rapport with parents and Development/Improvement of the children should be discussed periodically with the Parents.

11 Don’t shift / change timings of batches frequently.

12 Merging of batches should be avoided.

13 Batch should not be over crowded.
